Many thanks to Tim for a very interesting and entertaining evening on Chilean wine. Tim introduced us to some different wines, rather than the usual wines we associate with Chile. He also gave us an insight into the climate and terroir of Chilean wine. To make sure we could remember the 5 "s"s for identifying wine. Tim had the bottles in the hessian sacks. There was a quiz at the end and needless to say the group as a whole managed to identify some and answer some of the quiz.
