As all members will be aware, the cost of coaches has risen. We have been well served by KB Coaches over the past few years and they still offer competitive prices. However, they require a firm confirmation 6 weeks prior to the date of travel and the Churchdown u3a is then required to make payment. It is therefore necessary to require full payment at the time of booking your trip.
Should the trip be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, your money will be refunded. Should you be unable to attend for whatever reason and the trip goes ahead, there can be no refund unless we have excess numbers of interested members to cover the passenger requirements. This is usually 48 seats sold out of 56.

Cotswold Link
In the interests of sharing and perpetuating the aims of the u3a movement, Cotswold Link has set up a reciprocal agreement between its member u3as. Any member of a Link u3a may attend one group activity in another Link u3a, without having to become a member of that other u3a.
