Update July 2026

There were nine of us present at our last meeting. This month our subject was hobbies. We had a good variety of different types of hobby photos to view. John made some useful comments advising us on how to choose different angles and positions when taking our photos. We just had time for a short discussion afterwards.

If you enjoy taking photos with a smart phone or camera, why not come and join our u3a Photography group. You don’t need to be an expert you might just like taking pictures or want to improve your work. We would love to increase our membership!

Please just come along to a meeting. If you like what you see it would be great if you could join us. If it is not to your taste you have not lost anything. We are none of us professional photographers we are all amateurs willing to learn from each other and from John our leader.

Our next meeting is Friday 25th September 2026, 2pm at St Johns church Churchdown.
